5 Star Local LLC connects neighbors with service pros we would hire ourselves — and gives those pros a steady, exclusive way to grow.
We started 5 Star Local because finding a dependable contractor in Flagler County, Florida usually means calling five numbers and hoping someone answers. Our answer is simple: vet a short list of pros in each trade, then route each homeowner request to one of them.
Homeowners pay nothing. Partners pay for referrals, featured placement, or a slot on the monthly 8.5x11 postcard that lands in mailboxes across the county — 12 ad slots on the front and 12 on the back, one per category, so no partner is competing with a stack of look-alike coupons.
Every partner is checked for licensing, insurance and reviews before activation, and re-checked annually. If a partner stops taking care of our neighbors, they come off the list.
